OptiPause 20/20

OptiPause 20/20 is an open-source tool designed to help developers protect their eyesight and combat eye strain caused by extended screen time. The tool prompts users to take a 20-second break every 20 minutes, during which they are encouraged to look at something 20 feet away. The project was developed using VBScript, a scripting language made by Microsoft to simplify the development of small tools. The GUI is made using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, making it easy to customize. OptiPause 20/20 is an easy-to-use tool that can improve the well-being and productivity of developers everywhere.
