A portfolio with two personalities

Hit the toggle at the top and the site changes character. Minimal is the pitch: who I am, where I work, my best projects with real numbers. Creative is the archive: all 63 projects I have ever shipped, organized into folders you can open in place.

Built the hard way, on purpose

One HTML file, hand-written CSS, vanilla JavaScript. No framework, no build step, no dependencies except Lenis for smooth scrolling. Every animation, the folder system, and all the pixel art (the sparrow that flies when you stop scrolling, the panda eating my GitHub graph, the tortoise-and-hare race) is written by hand, rect by rect.

• Only 6 of ~90 images load before you scroll

• Built to hold a perfect Lighthouse score, and the tricks are commented in the source
