I served as the PMO Lead for the Enterprise Transformation programme for a large bank in Nigeria. The programme aim was to move the bank from 7th position in deposits to top 3 over a time period; this amongs a number of other KPIs. The programme consisted of 9 projects with a PMO of which I was the leader directly reporting to the Programme Manager/ Senior Manager
