DPP-Flash helps manufacturers and SMEs prepare for the European Digital Product Passport (DPP) requirements without turning compliance into a complex, time-consuming IT project.
With the introduction of the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) and upcoming product-specific requirements, businesses need to collect, structure, verify and share increasingly detailed product information. For many SMEs, this means dealing with hundreds of pages of technical documentation, supplier information, bills of materials, certificates and safety data sheets. DPP-Flash was built to make that process significantly easier.
Our platform uses AI to extract relevant product information from existing documents, including PDFs, technical datasheets, certificates and bills of materials. Instead of manually transferring data into spreadsheets or collecting information across multiple systems, companies can upload their documents and let our proprietary extraction technology do the initial work. The extracted information is then structured into a Digital Product Passport that can be reviewed, completed and published.
Each published passport receives a unique QR code, allowing customers, business partners, authorities and other relevant stakeholders to access product information through a simple scan. Missing information can trigger automated requests to suppliers, helping manufacturers close documentation gaps without chasing every contact manually.
DPP-Flash is designed particularly for small and medium-sized manufacturers that need a practical, affordable solution rather than an expensive enterprise implementation. The platform combines document processing, AI-powered data extraction, passport creation, QR code generation, evidence management and long-term hosting in one straightforward workflow.
Key capabilities include AI-assisted document analysis, structured product data management, supplier information collection, QR-based passport access, GS1 Digital Link support, JSON-LD validation and a central Evidence Vault for relevant documentation. An integrated AI assistant helps users understand the platform and navigate DPP-related questions.
The goal is simple: companies should be able to build and manage their Digital Product Passports using information they already have, without starting from scratch or hiring an entire compliance team.
DPP-Flash is developed with European regulatory requirements in mind, with a strong focus on GDPR-conscious data handling and EU-based hosting. Published passports are supported by long-term hosting for up to 15 years.
Whether a company manufactures batteries, industrial components, consumer goods, furniture or other products affected by European sustainability legislation, DPP-Flash provides a practical starting point for digital product transparency.
Upload your documents. Structure your product data. Generate your Digital Product Passport.
DPP-Flash makes regulatory preparation more accessible for the manufacturers who need it most.
