The system processes unstructured and multimodal data using NLP techniques such as sentiment analysis and topic clustering to generate actionable civic insights across Mumbai neighborhoods. Implemented a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline using Amazon Titan Embeddings to enable context-aware responses, along with a voice-enabled assistant using Amazon Polly for natural language interaction. Developed automated data collection pipelines using Python and Selenium to continuously monitor sources like MahaRERA and BMC databases. The system integrates multiple AI agents for data ingestion, processing, and insight generation, demonstrating how large language models can be used to build real-time, data-driven decision support systems.
