Building post2all: A Social Media Scheduler for Teams and AI Agents

Managing social media shouldn't require opening six browser tabs every time you ship something.

Whether you're launching a new feature, writing a changelog, publishing a blog post, or announcing a product update, the workflow is usually the same:

  • Open every social platform.

  • Copy the same content.

  • Adjust formatting.

  • Upload the same images again.

  • Pick a schedule.

  • Repeat.

I wanted a better workflow.

That's why I built post2all.

It's a social media scheduling platform designed for creators, startups, teams, agencies, and AI agents—giving everyone a single place to manage publishing across multiple platforms.

Connect all your social accounts

The first step should be simple.

Connect your accounts once using the official OAuth integrations and they're ready whenever you need them.

Today, post2all supports platforms including:

  • X

  • LinkedIn

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • YouTube

  • Threads

  • Pinterest

Instead of logging into every platform separately, everything is managed from one workspace.

Create once. Publish everywhere.

Most announcements begin as one idea.

A product update.

A launch.

A feature release.

Instead of rewriting the same content multiple times, you create your post once and decide where it should go.

Attach images.

Select your accounts.

Customize where necessary.

Schedule or publish.

Simple.

A calendar built for planning

Publishing isn't just about today's post.

Having a visual calendar makes it much easier to plan launches, campaigns, feature announcements, and recurring content.

You can quickly see what's scheduled, identify gaps, and adjust plans without digging through drafts.

Whether you're publishing daily or managing an entire month's worth of content, everything stays organized in one place.

Built for teams

Social media is rarely managed by one person.

Designers prepare assets.

Marketing writes copy.

Founders review announcements.

Agencies manage multiple clients.

post2all includes team workspaces where you can invite members, collaborate, and manage publishing together.

Everyone works from the same place instead of passing content around in chat messages or spreadsheets.

More than just another dashboard

The web app is only one way to use post2all.

We're also building developer-first interfaces including:

  • REST API

  • CLI

  • MCP Server

That means your backend, deployment pipeline, internal tools, or AI agents can all publish through the same platform.

Imagine your deployment pipeline automatically generating release notes, attaching screenshots, and scheduling launch posts after a successful production deployment.

Or your AI coding assistant reading your changelog and preparing posts for approval.

The dashboard becomes optional.

The publishing infrastructure remains the same.

Why we built it this way

Most scheduling tools are designed around humans clicking buttons.

We think the future looks different.

Developers will use APIs.

Teams will use dashboards.

AI agents will use MCP.

Everyone should be able to publish through the same platform without reinventing the workflow.

That's the direction we're taking with post2all.

What's next

We're continuing to improve post2all with new platform integrations, better collaboration features, richer automation, and more capabilities for developers and AI agents.

If you're building products, running a startup, managing clients, or experimenting with AI-powered workflows, I'd love to hear your feedback.

The best ideas often come directly from the people using the product.
