CBVMP - Central Biometric Verification Monitoring Platform for Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission(BTRC). This project is divided into two sections. 1. CBVMP Service - Cellular Mobile Phone Operators (CMPO) use APIs of CBVMP to register, replace, ownership transfer, migration, de-register Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number (MSISDN) AKA cell phone number. 2. CBVMP Admin panel - A web application for monitoring all transaction for MSISDNs, used by BTRC personnel. They can set rules, restrict for CMPOs as well as their MSISDNs.
