Worked on a cloud printing solution for remote desktop and cloud desktop scenarios. The project involved client-side print task handling, virtual printing workflow, document conversion, pre-print processing, task forwarding, status feedback, and failure handling. During implementation, the initial Microsoft PDF Printer-based approach had limitations around automation, permissions, and deployment. The solution was later adjusted to use Ghostscript for document normalization and pre-print processing, with parameter tuning around page size, DPI, scaling, margins, fonts, color mode, and output format.
