Retention CoPilot is an AI-powered Customer Success platform that helps SaaS companies proactively identify and retain at-risk customers. Designed for Customer Success Managers and Account Managers, the application analyzes customer health metrics such as login frequency, feature adoption, support ticket volume, and satisfaction scores to generate actionable churn insights.
Users can upload customer account data through a simple CSV interface and instantly receive AI-generated account health assessments, including churn risk levels, key risk drivers, confidence scores, and recommended retention strategies. By transforming complex customer data into clear, explainable insights, Retention CoPilot enables teams to prioritize high-risk accounts, prepare for renewal conversations, and take proactive interventions before customers churn.
Built using Bolt.new, React, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, and Groq's Llama 3.3 model, Retention CoPilot demonstrates how AI can augment Customer Success workflows by combining data analysis, explainability, and decision support into a single, intuitive SaaS experience.
