Artificial intelligence that remembers your money.
CalculatorAI is a personal workspace for money — the place where you calculate something, keep it, and come back to it later, instead of retyping the same numbers into a different free calculator every time.
75+ calculators. Mortgage, refinance, rent vs buy, retirement and 401(k), compound interest, debt snowball and avalanche, paycheck and salary, capital gains, self-employment tax, crypto P&L, options profit, risk/reward, freelance rate, break-even, and a long tail of smaller ones — tip, unit price, fuel, pet cost, wedding budget.
9 trackers. Trading Journal, Portfolio Tracker, Invoices, Expenses, Budget, Debt Payoff, Rental Income, Habit Tracker and QR Codes. Each one keeps your own data, not a session that vanishes when you close the tab.
11 document generators. Invoice, quote, receipt, credit note, purchase order, proforma invoice, delivery note, debit note, timesheet, commercial invoice — and a QR code generator with colours, gradients and logos, including dynamic codes you can repoint after printing. Everything exports as a clean PDF
with no watermark, on any plan.
Every tool above exists somewhere else, usually done well. The assistant does not.
One AI sees all of it at once, and remembers you between visits:
- It tells you what changed since last time. "Portfolio +6% since Monday, two invoices overdue, no trade logged in eight days" — before you ask.
- It connects tools. Symbols you both hold in the Portfolio and trade in the Journal, and how the realised result compares to the unrealised one.
- It remembers what you tell it. A goal like "FIRE by 2035" becomes a tracked number, measured against your real balance. Everything it remembers is visible — and deletable — in settings.
- It reads images. Upload a photo of a paystub, a mortgag statement or a broker screen and it fills the right calculator for you.
- It grades your trades. In the Trading Journal an AI reviews each trade on its own and scores it A–F, with what you did right, what you did wrong, and what to change. No other trading journal does this.
- It answers in plain English. "Which weekday do I lose money on?" "Are my shorts worse than my longs?"
Free to use, and most of it needs no account at all. Pro is $14.99/month or $119/year and unlocks everything at once — every tracker, every AI surface, unlimited exports — rather than licensing one tool at a time. New accounts get 30 days of Pro with no credit card.
Export of your own data to CSV is free on every plan, forever, and deleting something puts it in a 30-day bin instead of destroying it.
Available in 10 languages: English, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Turkish.
Next.js 16 with the App Router and partial prerendering, TypeScript, Tailwind, Supabase with row-level security, Stripe, the Claude API, on Vercel.
Calculators, the QR generator and the document tools can also be embedded on other sites as free widgets, because everything they do runs in the visitor's browser.
No automatic broker API import into the Trading Journal — imports are CSV, MT4 statements or a screenshot. No native mobile app; the site is responsive instead. Launched May 2026, and still shipping every week.
