Salary Range: $20.00/hr
Profit-Sharing Bonus: Semi-annual, performance-based (10% to 20% of salary)

Software Engineer Interns are embedded within the engineering team and contribute directly to production software. Interns learn modern engineering practices while delivering meaningful work under guided mentorship.
Implement small, well-scoped features and bug fixes
Write clean, maintainable, high-quality, testable, and well-commented code
Assist with refactoring and code improvements
Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of software issues
Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies
Communicate progress, blockers, and questions clearly with your team
Technologies:
• JavaScript, TypeScript, Python
• React, Django
• Git/GitHub, VS Code, Jira
• Exposure to AWS and CI/CD pipelines
Actively pursuing (or recent graduate with) a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Passionate about learning and using software to solve real-world problems
Familiar with at least one programming language and basic software development concepts
Familiarity with the Agile Development Lifecycle and Git version control
Excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn
Hands-on experience contributing to production code
Mentorship from experienced engineers
A deeper understanding of Agile software teams and practices
A strong foundation for Software Engineer I roles
