Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js 14 and React

• Implement and optimize state management solutions

• Design and develop RESTful APIs

• Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces

• Work with AWS services to deploy and manage applications in the cloud

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to our development best practices

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on Next.js and React

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript

• Experience with Next.js 14 and its latest features

• Expert knowledge of React Query and state management solutions (e.g., rtkquery, swr)

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation

• Experience with AWS services (e.g., API G/W, Cognito, Lambda, DynamoDB)

• Familiarity with version control systems (preferably Git)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Exposure towards OWASP top 10 & how to handle security related stuff.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RxJS for reactive programming

• Knowledge of WebSocket technology and real-time applications

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Contributions to open-source projects
