Every product is built because it ought to exist, because there is a real gap, a real person without a good answer, and because making it well is worth the time it takes.

The studio was founded in 2026 following the UK government's removal of Advanced Data Protection from iCloud, the feature that provided genuine end-to-end encryption for Apple Notes and Reminders. That decision made visible a gap the market had not filled: software that feels as considered as Apple's own tools, built with privacy as a structural truth rather than a marketing position.
