Frontend Developer

About the Role

You'll work closely with our designers and full-stack engineers to build beautiful, fast, and accessible interfaces. We care deeply about frontend quality — pixel-perfect, performant, and accessible.

What You'll Do

• Build responsive React/Next.js UI components from Figma designs

• Implement animations and interactions using Framer Motion or CSS

• Optimise Core Web Vitals — LCP, CLS, FID — to hit Lighthouse 90+

• Ensure accessibility compliance — ARIA labels, keyboard navigation, colour contrast

• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs

• Write component tests and maintain Storybook documentation

• Review designs for feasibility and suggest implementation improvements

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of React development experience

• Strong CSS skills — Flexbox, Grid, animations, responsive design

• TypeScript comfort — typed props, generics

• Tailwind CSS experience

• Figma design handoff experience

• Understanding of web performance and Core Web Vitals

• Attention to detail — you notice when things are 2px off

Nice to Have

• Next.js App Router experience

• Framer Motion animation experience

• Storybook experience

• Basic Figma design skills
