Duties/Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications in accordance with project requirements and specifications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of software documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating new tools and practices into development processes.

• Assist in the mentoring and development of junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices in software development.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Node JS, React JS, Typescript etc.

• Experience with software development frameworks and tools (e.g., Angular, React).

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
