Watching those teams work taught us something: the hard part was never storing a document, it was chasing it - the third reminder, the expired ID nobody caught, the same question answered for the fifth time.

So we rebuilt our product, Xenqu, around Xena, an AI teammate who doesn't wait for uploads. She requests, follows up, and verifies documents with AI vision, flagging bad or expired IDs automatically, and only loops in a human when a case actually needs one.
