UX/UI Developer

We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with strong Figma expertise to join a collaborative team creating engaging digital products, websites, and user experiences for a range of clients.

You'll work closely with strategists, developers, account managers, and clients to deliver intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling solutions that drive real business results. Candidates must be UK-based and able to commute to London regularly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX and UI design across digital projects.

• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.

• Develop and maintain design systems.

• Translate user, business, and technical requirements into seamless experiences.

• Use research, analytics, and feedback to inform design decisions.

• Present concepts and design rationale to clients and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance design workflows and productivity.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong UX/UI design experience.

• Strong end-to-end UX capability, from discovery to delivery.

• Excellent visual design and UI skills with a strong portfolio.

• Advanced Figma proficiency and experience with design systems.

• Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable owning projects.

• Experience incorporating AI tools into design workflows.
