Community Manager

We aren't looking for a corporate veteran; we’re looking for a "digital native" who loves hanging out on X, Discord, and LinkedIn. Your mission is to find the coolest builders on the internet and bring them home to Forg.to.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Outreach (The "Hunter"): Identify rising stars, indie hackers, and student builders on X, LinkedIn, and Discord. Send personalized invites to join the Forg.to ecosystem.

• Discord/X Growth: Help manage our community spaces, spark interesting discussions about building, and keep the energy high.

What Else You Can Do (Optional/Growth Tasks)

• Community Vibe Check: Moderate and engage with the Forg.to feed. Be the first person to "Like" or "Comment" on a new project or streak to make builders feel seen.

• Growth Experiments: Suggest one new way every week to make the user's experience better for new users.

• Community Events: Help organize small digital hangouts or "build-along" sessions.

Who You Are

• Chronically Online (In a good way): You know what's trending in the dev/builder space.

• Energy: You enjoy talking to strangers and are genuinely curious about what people are building.

• No Experience Needed: We don't care about your resume. We care about your "get-stuff-done" attitude.

• Aspiring Founder/Marketer: This is perfect for someone who wants to learn how to grow a product from 0 to 1.
