I’ve been playing Valorant since closed beta. You know how it is — you buy a battle pass here, drop $20 on a skin bundle there because it looks sick, and suddenly two or three years have passed. I never really thought about how much actual cash I’d sunk into the game until last night.

A buddy of mine was trying to sell his account and asked me if I knew any safe way to check his total account worth. I started Googling around to help him out, and honestly, most of the tools I found looked like straight-up phishing sites. They either asked for your Riot login or tried to make you download some garbage .exe file. No thanks.

Then I found this [Official Website]. It looked clean, no login required, so I figured I’d test it out with my own account first just to make sure it wasn't a scam before sending it to him. I typed in my Riot ID, waited like two seconds, and my jaw literally dropped.

My inventory value was sitting at $3,014.50.

I almost shit myself. Three thousand dollars. For digital pixels. But when I looked at the itemized breakdown, it actually made sense. I’ve bought almost every battle pass, I have the Elderflame bundle, the Kuronami bundle, and a bunch of random night market skins that I completely forgot about. When you add up the VP costs of all those skins and chromas over the years, it creeps up on you fast.

It’s kind of crazy to actually see the real-world value of all the time and money you’ve spent on a free-to-play game. If you’re bored and want to know how much your Valorant locker is actually worth, I highly recommend checking it out. Just don’t be surprised if the number is higher than you expected.

Has anyone else actually checked their account value? I’m curious if mine is unusually high or if everyone is secretly sitting on a few grand worth of skins.
