Your Missions:

Integrated into the dynamic and curious Android developer team, operating in agile mode, your role will be to contribute to the analysis, design and development of new features of the happn mobile application, while ensuring the sustainability of the developments carried out. 

Since the quality of our products is paramount, we aim to build a technical stack with robust, optimized, readable and quality code, through regular code reviews and sharing within the Android chapter. 

You will join a team made up of iOS, back-end, QA, data and product developers, adept at agile methodology punctuated by two-week iterations during which you will participate in refinements, demos, retrospectives, etc.  

Our technical stack :

• Language: Kotlin, and a bit of Java in the corners

• Libraries: RxJava 2, Compose, Coroutines, Dagger 2, Room, LiveData, ViewModel (Retrofit 2, OkHttp, Picasso, Gson, Lottie)

• Architecture: Modular Clean architecture, MVVM

• Environment: AndroidStudio, GitHub, Figma, Github Actions, Firebase, CharlesProxy

• Tests: unit, functional / self-tests

"It's a crush!" if :

• You have significant experience in the field of developing Android applications written in Kotlin. 

• You have worked on one or more B2C apps with very high traffic

• You have participated in or initiated one or more redesigns in Compose

• You have created apps from scratch with Compose

• You know the Observable patterns by heart (Rx, Coroutine,…)

• You are passionate about the Android ecosystem.

• You like modular architectures and you are not satisfied with an application that displays the results of a web service in a list view. 

• You are a team player and you have good communication skills to present the progress of your project.

• You are curious and always on the lookout for new technologies. 

• You like to share your experience, whether over coffee or a BBL.
