HGS Capital is a holding company founded in 2026 by Muhammad Haris Zafar in Karachi, Pakistan. We build software products across multiple verticals with a long term vision of becoming a diversified conglomerate spanning digital products, real estate, food, and consumer goods.

We start lean. One product at a time, built to solve a real problem, distributed aggressively, and grown into a sustainable business before moving to the next. No venture funding, no team of 50, no bloated roadmaps. Just focused execution on things that actually work.
