Inflowave started with a problem we experienced firsthand: running a marketing agency meant juggling too many tools, disconnected client accounts, and repetitive work.

After managing more than 100 client accounts with a team of 30 virtual assistants, we knew agencies needed something better than another generic CRM.

So we built Inflowave.

It's a CRM and marketing platform designed around how agencies actually operate. Manage multiple clients, conversations, pipelines, advertising, websites, appointments, and automations from one place. Use AI to build workflows, analyze customer data, and reduce manual work.

We're also taking a different approach to onboarding. Rather than handing agencies an empty dashboard, we help migrate their existing systems and build the workflows they need.

Our goal is to help agencies serve more clients without needing to grow their teams at the same rate.
