Your Mission

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and use cases for Isarsoft Perception

• Work in tandem with the engineering team to align the product roadmap with the needs of current and potential customers

• Ensure customer requirements are addressed by the engineering team and helping to prioritize them effectively

• Partner with the sales team to identify customer requirements through in-depth technical conversations and workshops

• Investigate new product development opportunities driven by the strategic understanding of customer needs

Your Profile

• Proven experience in direct interactions with end-users, either as an application engineer or developer

• Knowledge of best practices in large-scale software development

• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on resolving customer issues

• Practical experience in SQL, Python, and using APIs/SDKs

• Proficiency in both English and German

Additional Assets

• Familiarity with Docker / Linux

• Startup experience
