Product Designer

Location: Remote (Hub in New York - optional)

Hi, I’m Chris, Co-founder and CTO at Navattic. At Navattic, we’re building a platform to build interactive product demos. This is a new vertical (we’ve played a substantial role in creating) that is experiencing rapid growth.

I’m excited about this role as designing software is a passion of mine. In the role, you’ll create high-fidelity product designs in Figma, Tailwind Playground or Stackblitz to share with our engineering team.

We are looking for a designer with years of experience creating customer-centric product designs. A working knowledge of Typescript is a major plus to streamline the design-to-code handoff.

At Navattic, you'll have an opportunity to make a significant impact on our product experience and customer journey broadly.

To ground it in examples, designers at Navattic have:

• Created high-fidelity product designs

• Developed our Compass UI component library

• Designed and shipped Navattic's marketing website

• Incorporated strong design principles into all customer-facing surface areas (docs, Navattic swag, etc)

Customers love Navattic; we have a large library of amazing customer calls and quotes. Since the G2 category was created, Navattic has been recognized as Leader of the Demo Automation Category on G2.

We are well funded by top-tier investors such as Y Combinator, have a lean team, extensive runway, and believe we are early on the product adoption curve.

The design team (Ciaran, Makenna & I) takes pride in tackling ambitious projects while making the hard things seem easy. We come from different backgrounds, but are united by a shared love for building software that people love to use.

• Deliberate communication and action. We have daily standups and use slack, but prioritize respecting each others time so we can be productive.
