The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code. 

Responsibilities

• Develop OpenObserve and associated applications

• Analyze and maintain existing software applications

• Design highly scalable, testable code

• Discover and fix programming bugs

• Help community and customer solving challenges related to observability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field

• Development experience with Rust

• Experience with low systems level programming is desirable

• Experience building databases in rust is desirable

• Experience with Apache arrow datafusion is highly desirable

• SQL database or relational database skills

• Experience with cloud and Kubernetes is desirable

• Experience in observability is highly desirable.
