About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Mid-Senior Full-Stack Developer & Product Owner to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the development and evolution of our innovative products. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from conception and design to development and deployment. You will also mentor and guide a small team of junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

  • Gather and prioritize user requirements and feedback.

  • Create and maintain product documentation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, sales) to ensure product success.

• Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using Flask (Python) and Node.js.

  • Develop and integrate APIs for various services (e.g., MedusaJS, Strapi).

  • Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) and infrastructure management.

  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues effectively.

• Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and guide junior developers on technical and professional development.

  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.

• Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js.

• Experience with Flask framework and related technologies.

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) is a plus.

• In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and API design principles.

• Experience with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

• Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud computing concepts.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Passion for building high-quality products.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Experience with MedusaJS and Strapi is a strong plus.

Bonus Points

• Experience with DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD, infrastructure as code).

• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with data analysis and visualization.
