Sales Development Representative

🧭 About the Role

Periskope is growing 20% month-over-month,nd we’re looking for a SDR to build the top of our sales funnel from the ground up.

This is a career-defining role for someone who loves outbound, early conversations, and shaping how pipeline is created. You’ll work directly with the founders and early sales leaders to design our prospecting motion, qualify leads, and set the foundation for a world-class GTM engine.

🎯 What You’ll Do

As a part of our sales team, you will own everything before the close:

• Drive outbound across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls to create new opportunities.

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understand intent, urgency, and fit.

• Run first-touch and discovery calls to uncover real business pain points.

• Book high-quality meetings for AEs and ensure strong handoffs.

• Experiment with messaging, sequences, and channels and help define what “great outbound” looks like

• Track your process tightly. We move fast, but we’re disciplined about follow-ups, CRM hygiene, and metrics.

• Have 1–3 years of SDR/BDR or outbound-heavy sales experience.

• Are energized by ambiguity and love building systems where none exist yet.
