PPD Compass AI is a one-person neurodivergent research and technology studio founded by Marie Martin — Apple-trained systems thinker, pattern researcher, and creator of the People Pattern Detector Ecosystem.

After 700+ days of independent research into ADHD, Autism, Empath Sensitivity, and High Sensitivity, Marie built what didn't exist: a sequenced, human-first behavioral infrastructure for the adults who have always known something was running in the background — but never had the framework to name it, map it, or interrupt it.
