Data Analyst

Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to increase product penetration in households

• Identify methods of tracking and evaluation of different campaigns

• Prepare different models for identification of early warning signals in lending portfolio.

• Identification of missed business opportunities through existing data analytics and bureau scrubbing

• Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and replicate the analysis if necessary

Requirements

Skills Required 

• Understanding of lending business

• 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Data Analyst

• Problem solving skills – ability to break a problem down into smaller parts and develop a solution approach 

• Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, and Python. 

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyse data. 

• Sound understanding about data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques 

• Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Metabase etc
