Software Engineer

What You'll Do...

Write High-Quality Code: Create clean, maintainable, and efficient code across various programming languages while adhering to secure coding standards and best practices.

Develop Solutions: Study information needs, work processes, and system flows to develop software solutions.

Ensure Quality: Conduct unit testing and debugging to deliver high-quality, bug-free code.

Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards and share knowledge.

Collaborate and Innovate: Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze code for errors and weaknesses, and present improvement plans.

Maintain Performance: Monitor and maintain software functionality and performance, providing ongoing support.

Document Everything: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for new and existing software.

What You'll Need...

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 4+ years of professional experience in software development.

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.

• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.

• Familiarity with security tools, like Snyk, static and dynamic analysis tools.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, C++, PHP).

• Familiarity with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.

• Familiarity with software development tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
