SnoozeWar enforces your sleep-wake cycle at both ends. Mornings: wake-up missions and a watchdog that won't let you drift back to sleep. Nights: a bedtime app blocker and screen-time limits that cut off whatever is keeping you up. In between: sleep tracking and a running sleep-debt figure, so the cost of a bad week is visible instead of vague.

Why it exists

Most tools in this space are trivially defeated — one tap and the intention is gone. SnoozeWar is built so the easy escape routes are closed, and the habit has a chance to hold.
