What you'll do

• Design and ship LLM-powered features for client products

• Build retrieval pipelines, agent workflows, and eval suites

• Optimize model routing and inference costs

• Prototype fast, then harden for production

What we're looking for

• Strong Python or TypeScript engineering background

• Hands-on LLM product experience (not just notebooks)

• Understanding of retrieval, embeddings, and evaluation

• Pragmatism about what AI should and shouldn't do
