Tyllus was founded by two people who have spent years on opposite sides of the same problem.

One of us has 10+ years of experience in software development. The other has 15+ years of hands-on experience in the US freight forwarding and customs brokerage industry.

That combination gave us a clear view of what import teams actually struggle with every day: scattered shipment data, endless email threads, missing documents, manual follow-ups, disconnected partners, and too much time spent figuring out what needs attention next.

We built Tyllus around those real workflows and real user needs.

Our goal is simple: give US import teams one place to manage shipments, documents, costs, partners, milestones, and follow-ups without forcing them into complicated software.

We understand the operational side, we understand the technology side, and we’re building Tyllus to connect the two in a practical way — with better visibility, less manual work, and fewer things falling through the cracks.
