We are looking for a marketing & alliance manager at UXHack

Role: Marketing and Alliances manager

Duration: 6 month contract

Commercials: Rs. 40-50K per month

Location: Remote

Part-time/Full-time: Choice is yours, we are focussed on execution

Project starts: Immediately

We are looking for someone to lead all things marketing at UXHack. This is a critical role for us to scale our startup and comes with a lot of autonomy and responsibility.

The work involves working with and building relations with partners, sponsors and companies, writing blogs, social posts.

You will be working closely with Nishith and Akshay, Co-founders of UXHack

Also, We will have a monthly incentive over and above the fixed component if desired criteria are met.

What we are looking for:

If the below fits in with your work experience or you think you can do it:

• Increased a site's monthly traffic to 5X

• Through content, partnerships or other growth hacks, achieved 20% MoM user growth

Additionally:

• Someone who is a fast mover, grasps requirements quickly, and is execution oriented

• Comfortable with asynchronous communication

• Someone who has excellent written communications

• Can create relevant content & help with distribution

• Alliances & Partnerships - Create new ones and maintain existing ones

• Has previously managed and grew a community

• Has experience with running paid ads on Google & other social channels

• Bonus: If you have experience with college & university partnerships. Also has previously worked in such a role especially at a startup
