We work with founders across three explicit tracks: Co-build (we are a real co-founder of a new company), Invest + Operate (we take a meaningful equity position and embed senior operators), and Strategic Acquisition (we absorb a finished asset into our portfolio). Each track has published equity ranges, check sizes, and a documented evaluation process.
