Who we are

Zickt is a customer communication platform built for teams that already run on Slack.

Web chat, emails to your support address, and contact form submissions all arrive as Slack threads in the channels you choose. Replies typed in Slack go back to the customer through the same channel the message came in on. A web app exists for agents who prefer it, but most of the day happens inside Slack.

This means anyone in the company can jump into a conversation without a seat licence. Engineers get pinged into threads when a bug hits. Internal notes live in the same thread as the customer message, so handoffs don't lose context.

The stack is TypeScript, Next.js, and Cloudflare Workers. Small team, London-based. We use Zickt for our own support, which keeps us honest about what's working.
