Flowspec ai through week two

So at the beginning of the week I got an alert from openai that my tokens had been exhausted and had failed to recharge, then another mail from Google cloud about the issue and my projects had been suspended. All were telling to check with my bank and see if the issue could be resolved.

AI is the backbone of spec flow so without tokens its useless 😅😅, thus that was one of the times I felt pressed since the start of the project.

I reached out to my bank for assistance and I was assured my issue was going to be handled the following day in the morning, but nothing was done, I kept trying and ringing them through out the week but nothing happen, so yesterday I decided to pay them a visit at the head office personally and found out that my card had been blocked from making online payments due to inconsistent transactions, maybe they thought I was doing laundering 😅🤣🤣. But all in all, I went through all the checks, explained what I was paying for and it was unblocked and was able to recharge the tokens and my users were happy.

LESSON

The last week has got me thinking, I'm in a third world country where convinced is a luxury, what if it happens again ? What guarantees do I have that it won't, I want to build a brand so that would be a bad pr, so I had to start thinking outside the box.

With this I'd like to announce that am going to start working on a new feature, what if someone has locally hosted models ? If that person is disturbed by outages that ain't good. So I'm to add a plugin so that you can use flowspec ai and terminal locally with your local ai model and get the same results as the one running on cloud.
