Leaving the final polish for the next morning.

She had a tendency to push tasks to 100% completion late in the evening. This created stress and ate into her rest time. She implemented the 80% Rule: finish the task to a high, usable standard, and deliberately leave the final 20% polish for the first twenty minutes of the next day. This allowed her to quit gracefully, knowing the task was secured and the next morning was already focused.
