After years in tech and leadership, I realized we track everything — except how people really feel at work.

I’ve spent most of my career building companies — first in software and digital design, later in leadership roles. I’ve seen teams grow fast, chase deadlines, and sometimes lose sight of the people behind the progress.
Even with all our dashboards, KPIs, and project tools, one thing was always missing: a simple way to see how teams were actually doing.
Not performance. Not productivity. Just… energy, focus, and wellbeing.
That’s where Pulseboard started.
We wanted to build something light and real — a 20-second daily check-in that helps teams spot stress early, before it turns into burnout.
No heavy surveys, no HR overload — just a quick pulse that gives leaders anonymous insight into patterns and trends.
It’s already working inside Slack and Microsoft Teams, and the first pilot teams are calling and making appointments.
I joined Peerlist to connect with other founders, product thinkers, and builders who care about people just as much as product.
If you’re exploring ways to make work more human — through design, leadership, or tech — I’d love to connect.
Let’s share ideas, feedback, or just say hi 👋
