We have developed an AI bot to assist customers who visit our website. This innovative solution enhances the accuracy, precision, relevance, and speed of information provided to customers in response to their queries. Implementing this AI bot has significantly reduced our company's first response time, leading to improved customer satisfaction (CSAT) ratings. To train the bot, we utilized advanced AI and Machine Learning techniques using Google DialogueFlow. This allowed us to effectively teach the bot to recognize and respond to specific input phrases that are essential and pertinent to our company's operations.
