Role: Lead UI/UX & Product Designer
Feb 2025 – Mar 2025
As the Lead Designer on this product, your responsibilities encompass the complete visual architecture and user-experience pipeline. This includes setting up user flows, validating information architecture for complex data tables, designing a scalable layout system, crafting individual financial dashboards, and refining interactions to ensure a high-conversion, intuitive cross-platform fintech application.
End-to-End Design Process
To take this financial application from conceptualization to development-ready status, a meticulous, user-first workflow was implemented:
Research & Discovery: Analyzing modern fintech standards, conducting competitor benchmarks, and establishing a robust information architecture to handle high-density data fields securely without overwhelming the user.
User Flow & Wireframing: Mapping secure payment pathways, multi-currency exchange structures, and dashboard navigation steps. Creating structural wireframes to ensure user actions (like transferring funds or activating cards) require minimal cognitive load.
UI Design System Creation: Setting up an scalable architecture using a Global Style Guide. Developing consistent tokens for color palettes, accessibility-compliant typography scales, explicit layout spacing, and reusable components equipped with variant states to ensure perfect continuity across hundreds of distinct layout screens.
High-Fidelity Prototyping: Designing interactive web layouts, comprehensive dashboards, and account verification portals. Incorporating pixel-perfect layout alignment, clean vector elements, and structuring elements with advanced layout constraints to seamlessly transition between desktop and responsive viewports.
Multi-Theme Optimization: Methodically engineering both Light Mode and Dark Mode experiences, making sure high-contrast levels are strictly maintained to enhance visibility across varying user environments.
Developer Handoff Preparation: Ordering and labeling layers cleanly within the master documentation, optimizing design system patterns for engineering teams, and validating structural grids to ensure a frictionless transition from final visual designs to high-performance web development.
