OnSkillDemand is an AI-assisted hiring workspace built around each vacancy. Instead of treating recruitment as a collection of CVs and disconnected tools, it keeps the role, candidates, interview stages, questions, notes, scores, and reports in one structured workflow.

From an engineering perspective, OnSkillDemand uses Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform to share core product logic across platforms, supported by Ktor and PostgreSQL services. This architecture helps us maintain consistent workflows across iOS and Android while extending the product to the web.
