Traditional systems obscure transparency, and Web3, while clear, adds complexity as in a DAO. DAOs rely on governance tokens, and in a "weightless" voting system, anyone can vote from various accounts to skew the results. This can be replaced by a credential-based system where a central issuer can issue credentials to trusted individuals that are used to authorize voting.
