Mediblock is a Blockchain based health management system . The project is primarily aiming to integrate the use of blockchain in the EHR to minimise the associated issues. A Blockchain-based system architecture for EHR would be the most accurate solution for solving the prevailing challenges in the present EHR. Patient information could be stored, managed, shared, controlled and maintained between healthcare providers. The project wants to establish a solution which will help manage the records while keeping privacy, confidentiality and usability of patient details a priority by proposing the integration of blockchain.
