Every time our UI changed, our product demo videos went stale. Record, fumble a click, re-record, zoom in by hand, redo the voiceover. Every sprint.
DemoForge makes a demo a file instead of a recording. You write a short flow.json: Playwright steps, each with one line of narration. One command opens your app in Chromium, records it, and gives you:
Auto-zoom on every click, planned from the logged click positions (no video analysis)
A smooth cursor drawn by DemoForge, since Playwright never moves a real one
Narration that sets the pace: each step waits until its line is spoken. Free local voice, or Gemini / ElevenLabs / Mistral with a key
A browser editor for the last 10%: drag zooms, cut, add captions, change the background and aspect ratio, then export MP4
Built for agents: ask Claude Code to "record a demo of /login" and it writes the flow, records it and checks the frames
UI changed? Run the same command again. No re-takes.
The video above was made by DemoForge from an 18-line script. Open source (MIT), runs locally, no API key needed to try it.
