Developed a multi-tenant SaaS platform that enables businesses to create and deploy custom AI-powered customer support chatbots. Built with Next.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Google Gemini, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion, the platform allows organizations to connect their own knowledge base, provide context-aware responses, and embed the chatbot on their website with a single script. Implemented isolated AI contexts for each business, secure API architecture, real-time chat functionality, and intelligent escalation to human support when the AI lacks confidence, improving response quality and user experience.
