Hunch adds formulas to Google Sheets and Excel that answer a question about each row of text. =HUNCH(A2, "Is this lead a decision maker?") returns the probability that the answer is yes. HUNCHPICK picks one option from your list, HUNCHSCORE places the text on levels you define, and HUNCHMULTI answers several yes/no questions per row at once.
Drag a formula down and the column fills with numbers and labels you can sort, filter and color like any other column. Typical uses are scoring lead lists, tagging support tickets and sorting survey answers or reviews.
The answers come from Jev, TypeSafe's judgment model, which returns a calibrated probability instead of generated text. Hunch judges text; it does not do arithmetic or compare dates.
How it is built: a Google Apps Script add-on and an Excel add-in call one Vercel function, which batches 40 rows per request, caches answers for six hours and keeps keys and balances in Upstash Redis. Payments run through Stripe.
Pricing: 100 rows free, then $29 for 5,000 rows and $19 for 25,000 more. No subscription, and credits never expire.
