Judgment about what should never stay vibe-coded when trust, compliance, reliability, or scale enter the picture.

That is the shift.

The strongest founders in this cycle will not be the ones saying,
“AI built everything.”

They will be the ones who know:

where AI should build
where humans should review
where real engineering has to take over

Because when building gets cheaper, bad decisions do not disappear.

They compound faster.

Vibe coding does not make you less of a founder.

It just removes one old excuse and raises the bar on what founder quality actually means.
