Chatbot service for enterprenour community platform, set up for operation in two modes - outbound, for new users, answering questions about the platform, community, and services, and an internal business expert one for registered users, providing in depth mentoring and advice. Both agents operated using RAG systems and tools for internet searches and data analysis. Additionally, the platform was extended by a recommendation service, connecting users with similar bussiness areas of interes and from similar locations using a simple recommendation system, using user data and geocoding tools.
