About the FluidDocs Deck Builder
FluidDocs Deck Builder is an open-source plugin for coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode) that creates polished, interactive HTML decks from a simple description or an existing presentation. Most AI-built decks read like a Notion page because the agent has no model of what a deck structurally is; this ships a content spine per deck type instead. It offers specialized spines for pitches, sales, launches, keynotes, and all-hands, and imports PDF and PPTX files to convert existing presentations into a modern, editable HTML format.
Key Features:
Type-Correct Deck Spines: Five distinct structures tailored for specific purposes (pitch, sales, launch, keynote, all-hands), so content is organized effectively for each use case.
PDF and PPTX Import: Import existing presentations, preserving original screenshots and converting them into interactive HTML decks.
Inline Editing: Edit deck content directly in the browser, with changes savable and downloadable as a new self-contained HTML file.
Brand-Mirror Templates: Study-accurate templates that mirror specific brand styles, plus general style presets for customization.
Zero Dependencies: Generated HTML decks are self-contained and need no external dependencies, making them easy to share and host.
Multi-Reviewer Quality Pipeline: A quality pass with Brand, Copy, and Layout reviewers ensures a high standard of output before a deck ships.
Runs Across Agents: Works with any coding agent that reads SKILL.md (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode).
Easy Deployment: An included script deploys a finished deck to fluiddocs.ai for a shareable URL, with optional AI-powered Q&A on the hosted deck. Fully optional; the plugin generates and runs decks offline without it.
The project emphasizes getting started quickly, with no complex installations or server setups. Maintained by FluidDocs and licensed under MIT.
